Interactive Injection Site Rotator

A smart tracker that remembers your injection locations locally on your device to prevent tissue damage and optimize absorption rates.

Injection Site Rotator

Track your subcutaneous injection sites to prevent lipohypertrophy (fat tissue damage).

Recovering (< 7d)
Avoid (< 3d)

Medical Guidance: Subcutaneous injections should be rotated regularly. Injecting into the same tissue repeatedly can cause lipohypertrophy, which is a buildup of hard scar tissue under the skin that prevents proper peptide absorption. Always stay at least 2 inches away from the belly button.

The Danger of Lipohypertrophy

When you inject peptides (or insulin) into the exact same spot repeatedly, the subcutaneous fat tissue reacts by thickening and building up scar tissue - a condition known as lipohypertrophy.

Not only do these "lumps" look unappealing, but they are highly dense and lack proper blood flow. If you inject a peptide into a lipohypertrophic lump, absorption is severely delayed or blocked entirely, rendering your expensive research compounds useless.

Proper Rotation Technique

The rule of thumb is to wait at least 7 to 14 days before injecting into the exact same 1-inch radius. Our tracker uses color-coding to help you visually enforce this:

  • Red: Injected within the last 3 days. Do not use.
  • Yellow: Injected within the last week. Give it more time.
  • Green: Recovered and safe to use.
